Welcome Back Y'all!
Another exciting school year has begun! We've got a whole lot going on in the MUSIC ROOM!
All grades will be doing a lot more Orff-based activities this year. Grade 4s will be starting on recorders very soon.
Hip Hop Club will start in November this year. We still have CDs for sale. Come by the MUSIC ROOM any morning recess to buy your copy for only $5. All proceeds from all CD sales will go to a good cause (which will be decided by the Hip Hop Club).
Watch for more exciting news coming soon!

Hip Hop Club CD is released!
Check it out y'all! The Rawlinson Hip Hop CD is now available! We will be selling it at the Fun Fair and the proceeds will be going to a good cause (we will decide as a group where to put the money!).
The CD represents countless hours of writing, rehearsing, recording and production. All of the rhymes are original and were written for this project. The Club Members have all shown dedication and have worked very hard. Help support your friends and the school. Buy your copy today! If we sell out at the Fun Fair, you can still buy a copy! We will have a sign-up sheet for those people who buy a CD without receiving it that day. Pay for your copy and we will get it to you within 2 days!

Choir's latest song is here!
Yeah ah ha, you know who it is
Everybody knows us cuz we're Rawlinson!
Yeah ah ha, screaming Number ONE!
When I'm struttin' through my hood I don't need to run
Reppin' my school when you see me you know everything
Uh, blue stripe, yellow tint
other schools wish they were us cuz we're mint
soon as I hit the park look at the kids' face
do the dance once make the earth shake
learning inside, playground roaring
Stay cool like how I’m supposed to do
that crowd with all the attitudes
If you wanna mess with the Rockets
Better be switched on like a light socket
get fly and wear kicks and thats that
We let you think you're all that but it ain't real
Yeah ah ha
You know who it is
Blue and yellow, blue and yellow
Blue and yellow, blue and yellow
You know who it is
Blue and yellow, blue and yellow
Blue and yellow, blue and yellow
Yeah ah ha, you know who it is
Everybody knows us cuz we're Rawlinson!
Yeah ah ha, screaming Number ONE!
When I'm struttin' through my hood I don't need to run
Reppin' my school when you see me you know everything
Blue and yellow, blue and yellow
Blue and yellow, blue and yellow
Blue and yellow, blue and yellow
I do my best in the summer, fall, winter, spring
Blue and yellow, blue and yellow
Blue and yellow, blue and yellow
Blue and yellow, blue and yellow
Blue and yellow, blue and yellow
Uh, blue stripe, yellow tint
other schools wish they were us cuz we're mint
soon as I hit the park look at the kids' face
do the dance once make the earth shake
learning inside, playground roaring
It’s the big kids you know what we mean by it
And we got the shine like a gold medal
Got you kids checking me I’m beating you on every level
hear them haters talk but there’s nothing you can tell em
We got no time, we got skills on our schedule
We got the love for em kids that we outsmart
Our skills are priceless like a work of art
[Chorus]
Got a call from my teachers this just in
Teachers love us cuz when we play, we play to win
We're not bad kids but we're clever though
come stay for a day and you'll see bro
We sip a juice box and rock a corn row
Got so many grades that we can tell, we can show
Got a school full of big faces
throw your hands up cuz everybody here know
And we got the shine like a gold medal
Got you kids checking me I’m beating you on every level
hear them haters talk but there’s nothing you can tell em
We got no time, we got skills on our schedule
We got the love for em kids that we outsmart
Our skills are priceless like a work of art

Got so many grades that we can tell, we can show
Got a school full of big faces
throw your hands up cuz everybody here know
[Chorus]
Stay cool like how I’m supposed to do
that crowd with all the attitudes
can’t get close to you
and my school it's approachable
super clean but not super mean
and my school it's approachable
super clean but not super mean
If you wanna mess with the Rockets
Better be switched on like a light socket
get fly and wear kicks and thats that
We let you think you're all that but it ain't real
Better show Rawly some respect or watch your back
[Chorus]

Junior Choir's newest song!
Hey Rawkers! Check out our new song, sung to the tune of Justin Bieber's song BABY.
It’s true, you could have come whenever
Hey Rawkers! Check out our new song, sung to the tune of Justin Bieber's song BABY.
Now don’t you taunt me, I know you’re scared
Don’t say whatever, just be prepared
Don’t say whatever, just be prepared
Don’t push and shove, don’t even start
Cuz you will never ever show me that you’re smart
We got a system, don’t start playing
Let’s be friends, that’s what I’m saying
Said don’t bother, look me in my eyes
My school rocks, I told you for the last time
And I was like
Rawly Rawly Rawly oh
Like Rawly Rawly Rawly yo
Like Rawly Rawly Rawly yo
You wish your school was cool like mine
Rawly Rawly Rawly oh
Like Rawly Rawly Rawly yo
Like Rawly Rawly Rawly yo
You wish your school was cool like mine
It’s true, you could have come whenever
And it’s not too late to make your school life better
You wanna play it cool, but I’m schoolin you
I’ll show you everything, I’ll teach you how to sing
You wanna play it cool, but I’m schoolin you
I’ll show you everything, I’ll teach you how to sing
Our cool increases, few conflicts, see!
Handshake me and join our great basketball team
Don’t act a clown, clown, clown, cloooown
Handshake me and join our great basketball team
Don’t act a clown, clown, clown, cloooown
And I just can’t believe you missed all my sound
And I was like
Rawly Rawly Rawly oh
Like Rawly Rawly Rawly yo
Like Rawly Rawly Rawly yo
You wish your school was cool like mine
Rawly Rawly Rawly oh
Like Rawly Rawly Rawly yo
You wish your school was cool like mine
