It's goin' down in the Hip Hop Club!


Permission forms are due on Friday Oct 15 at 3:30pm.  Remember that you need to have the signature of your teacher and your parent or guardian before you bring in your form.  Don't sign your own name until you hand it to Mr. Ball. 


If you need to get a permission form, please see Mr. Ball ASAP.

    I missed the session where we could come to sign up, am I still illegible to sign up?

    I know that a few student were not able to attend the recess meeting. If you are one of them, and you need a permission form, please come to see me as soon as possible. ALL forms are due back, signed, by Friday Oct 15 at 3:30pm.
